Soul Cutter (Alt: Setsudan) is an Expanded 2^nd class offensive skill available as Kagerou and Oboro.

Effect

A single, short ranged blow. Unlike Cross Slash, there are no restrictions as to having both hands being used for this skill. If the target is under the effect of a Soul Linker's Spirit buff, that player will lose the Spirit and will take bonus damage. The bonus damage depends on the level of the Soul Link skill used.
