Meteor Assault (Alt: Meteor Assault) is a transcendent 2nd class offensive skill available as Assassin Cross.
Effect
Loses a shockwave around the user to inflict physical damage to all enemies within its area of effect. It has a chance of leaving enemies stunned, blind or bleeding. Damage additionally scales based on the user's AGI stat and base level.
