Cart Tornado (Alt: Cart Tornado) is a 3^rd class offensive skill available as Geneticist.

Effect

Spins the pushcart like a tornado to inflict physical damage to all enemies around the user and push them 3 cells backwards. The damage is greatly affected by Cart Remodeling.
