1. Go inside the Amatsu Sushi Bar /navi prt_fild05 145/235 and talk to the Sushi Master (ama_in01 162, 17). Choose the 3rd option. He will ask you to bring him certain items and when you return you will be rewarded with some Raw Fish Item #544 Raw Fish} or Sushi Item #551 Sushi}:

• 10 Candy Item #529 Candy} for 15 Raw Fish Item #544 Raw Fish}
• 10 Conch Item #961 Conch} for 30 Sushi Item #551 Sushi}
• 10 Fish Tail Item #1023 Fish Tail} for 15 Raw Fish Item #544 Raw Fish} and 20 Sushi Item #551 Sushi}
• 10 Crab Shell Item #964 Crab Shell} for 20 Sushi Item #551 Sushi}
• 1 China Item #736 China} for 20 Sushi Item #551 Sushi}
• 100 Heart of Mermaid Item #950 Heart of Mermaid} for 50 Sushi Item #551 Sushi} and 50 Raw Fish Item #544 Raw Fish}

Note: Do not bring more items than he requests. If you have 50 Candy in your inventory he will take all of them. However, it will only count towards the 10 he originally asked for.

2. If you bring him 100 Heart of Mermaid Item #950 Heart of Mermaid} three times, he will reward you with a Sashimi Knife Item #1144 Sashimi Knife}. It has been reported that the Heart of Mermaid is only requested very rarely; users often report getting thousands of Sushi from him without being asked for the Heart of Mermaid once.
