1. In the Geffen Tower in the center of Geffen, talk to Mischna (Mishuna) /navi prt_fild05 145/235 on the 3rd floor. He will require some items:

• 10 Scorpion Tail Item #904 Scorpion Tail}
• 12 Rainbow Shell Item #1013 Rainbow Shell}
• 7 Horn Item #947 Horn}
• 10 Snail's Shell Item #946 Snail's Shell}
• 4 Blank Scroll Item #7433 Blank Scroll}

2. Once you bring the required items, he will teach the skill to you.

1. In the Geffen Tower in the center of Geffen, talk to Mischna (Mishuna) /navi prt_fild05 145/235 on the 3rd floor. You will have to have learned Create Elemental Converter. He will require some items. The items required to learn elemental change depends on which element you elect to learn. Depending on which you chose, you will be required to gather 20 stones of that element.

• Earth Elemental Change: 20 Green Lives Item #993 Green Lives}
• Wind Elemental Change: 20 Wind of Verdures Item #992 Wind of Verdures}
• Fire Elemental Change: 20 Red Bloods Item #990 Red Bloods}
• Water Elemental Change: 20 Crystal Blues Item #991 Crystal Blues}

2. In addition to the stones, you will also need one Payon Solution Item #1089 Payon Solution} and one Morroc Solution Item #1088 Morroc Solution}. Once you have the required items, you will be taught the Elemental Change skill corresponding to the element you picked.
