Power Implantation (Alt: Power Velocity) is a 3rd class active skill available as Sura.
Effect
Transfers all of the user's Spirit Spheres to a single target.
Notes
- Normal players have a limit of 5 Spirit Spheres, unless the target is a Sura under the effects of Rising Dragon.
- Monsters cannot have Spirit Spheres.
