Dragon Howling (Alt: Dragon Howling) is a 3rd class active skill available as Rune Knight.
Effect
Command the Dragon to let out a ferocious "howl", which a chance of leaving all enemies within the Area of Effect in fear for 15 seconds. This status effect blocks movement for 2 seconds and drops Flee Rate and Hit Rate by 20%.
