Spell Breaker (Alt: Spell Breaker) is a 2nd class active skill available as a Sage.
Effect
Disrupts a single target's ongoing skill casting and replenishes SP from a portion of its SP Cost. If mastered, this skill also inflicts damage equal to 2% of the target's Max HP and absorbs the half of it.

Notes
- In towns and PvP environment, this skill can only be used on other players.
- When used against other players, this skill ignores the effect of the Phen Card Item #4077 Phen Card}, which usually prevents the interruption of skill casting.
- This skill can interrupt skills from boss and Guardian monsters, although the chance of success is reduced to 10%.
- When successful, this skill at level 5 can damage any target, including boss and Guardian monsters.
