While character taunts don't really do much to alter gameplay, they do at least provide a fun and lighthearted way to express yourself in a multiplayer match.

Seeing that one stage in the trailer pointed to or hinted at certain platform-specific characters or stages. This may not actually happen at launch but could certainly be an aspect for DLC down the line.

The main trailer for this game showcases a wide array of stages to punch and brawl your way through. Having a large diversity of stages from the get-go will be optimal for this game's success. The trailer seems to show the same stages but with different characters in them. Basically, Espada got Mike to promise that if he got 500 likes on a tweet using this Twitter Message as the image, then DeCarlo voice a line of Espada's choosing as Hugh Neutron.

Perhaps, a la the Ice Climbers of Super Smash Bros., players would control both of them tethered together, allowing for double damage as well as an interesting balancing act.
