Sacrament (Alt: Sacrament) is a 3^rd class supportive skill available as Arch Bishop.

Effect

Places a temporary buff on a single target that shortens their Fixed Cast Time.

Notes

• Cast Time in the majority of skills consist of 20% Fixed and 80% Variable portions. In those cases, this skill reduces Cast Time by up to 10% of the total amount.
• Can be cast on everyone in PvM, party members only in PvP, and allies and guildmates in sieges.
• Can be cast offensively similar to Impositio Manus, but do note some servers taking this as a bannable offense.
• Does not wear off after one use like Suffragium does.
