• Note: Domestic Dispute quest will not be available if this quest is done first.

1. Speak to the Village Leader Karkatan /navi prt_fild05 145/235 located inside a hut in north-west Umbala /navi prt_fild05 145/235. You must be wearing a mask (e.g. Mr. Smile).

   

2. He will ask you to bring him:

   10 Huge Leaf Item #7198 Huge Leaf},

   1 Feather of Birds Item #916 Feather of Birds},

   1 Squid Ink Item #1024 Squid Ink}.

3. Once you bring the items back, he will teach you the Utan language, and you will be able to talk to the rest of the NPCs in the village.
