⚙ <strong style="color:#81c784;">How it plays:</strong> Bathory Card makes the Forest Armor Shadow-property. Undead monsters in Payon Dungeon deal Shadow-element damage — which a Shadow-property armor <em>absorbs</em>, converting hits into healing instead of damage. Combined with Spiky Band (a Priest headgear that amplifies the Heal skill) and the combo's +20% Heal bonus, the Priest becomes a self-sustaining solo farmer inside Payon Dungeon: undead attacks restore HP, Heal tops off the rest, and every absorbed hit procs SP recovery. Zero consumables required. The shepherd tends the field — and the undead feed it.

⚙ <strong style="color:#a5d6a7;">How it plays:</strong> Moonlight Flower Card's base effect (AGI +15, Move Speed +20%) already creates a highly mobile hunter. The combo unlocks a different strategic layer: your evasions now have consequence. Each Flee dodge carries a 5% chance to auto-inflict Blind on the attacker — dropping both their HIT and FLEE by 25%. Hunters and high-AGI Rogues build around this: evade, blind the mob, then capitalise with +18% ranged damage while it stumbles. The fox dances through the forest; the prey cannot see it coming.

⚙ <strong style="color:#ffd54f;">How it plays:</strong> Sandman Card procs Sleep on monsters that melee you — no setup required, just tank a hit. The moment a target falls asleep, your physical strikes against it deal +50% damage and auto-score Critical Hits regardless of your base Critical Rate. Turban (Phreeoni's equipment drop) adds DEX and HIT to ensure the burst lands without misses. Walk into a mob pack, let them swing, watch Sandman put one to sleep, then unload for massive critical damage before it wakes. The movement bonus helps you chain targets quickly. Bait. Sleep. Burst.

⚙ <strong style="color:#ffd54f;">How it plays:</strong> Phreeoni Card's Perfect Dodge is traditionally a purely defensive mechanic — attacks simply fail to connect. This combo converts evasion into offense: every Perfect Dodge proc stacks ATK by 5%. Five consecutive evasions reach the cap at +25% ATK and unlock partial DEF penetration. For Assassins, Rogues, and any high-AGI class that invests in Perfect Dodge, this creates a direct loop: the more you evade, the harder you hit. Stack decay encourages constant aggressive engagement rather than passive defense. Phreeoni's legendary unpredictability, turned into a mark of escalating power.

⚙ <strong style="color:#ce93d8;">How it plays:</strong> Raydric Card is the cornerstone defensive card of Glast Heim — it reduces Neutral-element physical damage by 20%. This combo transforms that reduction into active healing: every blocked Neutral hit restores HP proportional to what was absorbed. Combined with the Necklace of Oblivion's INT bonus and the combo's MATK increase, a Wizard or Sage can stand inside Raydric packs, absorb their Neutral strikes as HP recovery, and maintain full spell uptime without pots. The blocked damage becomes spell fuel. You do not dodge the ruins — you let them break against you.

⚙ <strong style="color:#e040fb;">How it plays:</strong> Doppelganger Card is universally slotted into weapons for maximum ASPD. Using it here in Shadow Manteau is a deliberate strategic trade: you sacrifice the full ASPD bonus but gain Ghost-property Soul Strike procs on every physical attack. Glast Heim is saturated with Undead and Ghost race monsters — both hit by Ghost-element Soul Strike at full power. Assassins and Rogues attacking at high speed will proc Soul Strike every several swings, layering sustained magic damage onto physical hits. The Spectral Echo on kill then chains into adjacent mobs for even more damage. The Doppelganger finally fights the way its lore describes: a phantom double that strikes where you are not.

⚙ <strong style="color:#ff8a65;">How it plays:</strong> Earth Deleter Card is famous for fully restoring SP on Boss kills — a cornerstone card for MVP fights. This combo extends its utility to regular grinding: each monster killed in Magma Dungeon has a 5% chance to proc a 15% SP restore, and when that proc fires, your very next skill costs zero SP. Kiel's Combat Visor stacks with the combo's -5% delay for -15% total after-cast delay. For Wizards and Sages, this creates a self-sustaining fire cycle: kill → SP proc → free spell → kill again. The Kiln never goes cold, and the dungeon becomes your forge.

⚙ <strong style="color:#ff7043;">How it plays:</strong> Magma Dungeon's constant fire AoE chips HP down steadily — most builds try to avoid that damage. Ignis Last Stand inverts the logic: falling below 50% HP activates Ignis state, granting bonus ASPD, higher MATK, and crucially, unbreakable casting. Skills that normally interrupt on a hit — Meteor Storm channel, high-level Jupitel Thunder, long Firebolt chains — all become unstoppable while in Ignis state. The dungeon's own fire damage becomes the trigger for your most dangerous phase. Kiel-D-01's mechanical precision operating at its thermal limit. The more the dungeon burns you, the harder you burn back.

⚙ <strong style="color:#64b5f6;">How it plays:</strong> Purple Ferus Card reduces incoming Dragon race damage by 15%, letting you absorb hits from the dense Abyss Lake population. Corsair ties the hunter to Drake's sea-captain legacy. The payoff is Dragon's Blood: every dragon you kill stacks ATK and Critical Rate. Abyss Lake has 5-second respawns and dragon packs everywhere — maintaining 3 stacks is achievable with consistent hunting pace, delivering +24% ATK and +9 Critical Rate on every swing. Stop killing and the stacks decay. Keep moving, keep hunting, keep the blood hot.

⚙ <strong style="color:#80deea;">How it plays:</strong> Drake Card's DEF-ignore is traditionally reserved for weapon slots. This combo unlocks it through the garment slot — a deliberate trade: you give up the Dragon &amp; Bone 3-piece bonus but free your weapon for other cards, and gain 30% DEF penetration against all Boss-type and Large monsters. Bone Detardeurus (the Abyss Lake Fever MVP) is a Boss-type dragon with enormous DEF; this combo is specifically built to crack it open. Nidhogg's Shadow Garb is one of the finest garments in the pre-renewal game; paired with Dragonbone Armor, it creates a prestige endgame loadout. Drake's pirate legacy lives on: no armor holds against him.

⚔ Fever System

The Fever System transforms selected field and dungeon maps into high-stakes hunting zones. Every Fever map features stronger monster variants, themed equipment sets with random options, Rupes Nigra material drops, special boss encounters, and unique item combo effects. Fever portals are marked by a red portal at the entrance.

Core Fever Rules

🔥
Random Options
Every piece of equipment that drops inside a Fever map — armor, shoes, manteau, and boss drops — always comes with random stat options themed to that map.
💎
Rupes Nigra Drops
All Fever monsters — normal and elite — have a chance to drop Rupes Nigra crafting materials. Deeper, harder maps have better odds for rarer tiers.
⚠️
GvG / WoE Restriction
Set bonuses and special effects are fully disabled on any map flagged as GvG, WoE, Castle, or Guild War. Equipment can still be worn, but the bonuses are suppressed.

Payon Forest Fever Field

🌲

Payon Forest has been corrupted by an ancient blight — Brute and Plant monsters have grown far stronger and more aggressive. The Forest Set focuses on natural vitality, high HP recovery, and elemental resistance against Poison and Earth damage. Hunters who master this field gain regenerative power unmatched in clean hunting grounds.

Forest Item Combos

🔗 Combo I — Umbral Shepherd

Mid-Tier

Elemental Conversion · Priest Self-Sustain · Field Card + Moonlight Flower MVP Drop
Items

Forest Armor Forest Armor

Bathory Card Bathory Card

(slotted in Forest Armor — armor becomes Shadow property)

Spiky Band Spiky Band

— ~5% drop from Moonlight Flower MVP · worn in upper headgear slot
Combo Effect
  • Heal and Sanctuary restore +20% more HP
  • When Shadow-element damage is absorbed by the armor, recover SP equal to 8% of the blocked amount
  • Undead-race attacks against the wearer are treated as Shadow-property for absorption — including physical strikes from Undead-race monsters

How it plays: Bathory Card makes the Forest Armor Shadow-property. Undead monsters in Payon Dungeon deal Shadow-element damage — which a Shadow-property armor absorbs, converting hits into healing instead of damage.

🔗 Combo II — Moonlit Fox

Powerful

Kiting · Ranged Mastery · Blind-on-Dodge — Requires Moonlight Flower Card
Items

Forest Manteau Forest Manteau

Moonlight Flower Card Moonlight Flower Card

(slotted in Forest Manteau)
Combo Effect
  • FLEE +15 and Critical Rate +8
  • Ranged physical attacks deal +18% more damage
  • When a Flee-based dodge activates, 5% chance to auto-inflict Blind on the attacker — reduces target HIT and FLEE by 25% for 10 seconds

How it plays: Moonlight Flower Card's base effect (AGI +15, Move Speed +20%) already creates a highly mobile hunter.

Forest Fever MVP

Fever MVP Drop — Forest Armor / Shoes / Manteau with Special Options

  • Damage against Brute race +6% ~ +12%

  • Earth element resistance +5% ~ +9%

Sograt Desert Fever Field

🏜️

The Sograt Desert Fever Field is a merciless expanse of scorched dunes. Demon and Brute-type monsters have been mutated by the desert heat and roam in ferocious packs. The Sand Set is built around endurance, defensive layers, and resistance to Fire and ranged attacks, rewarding players who can outlast and outlevel the desert's punishment.

Desert Item Combos

🔗 Combo I — Sandstorm Ambush

Mid-Tier

Bait · Sleep · Burst — Field Card + Phreeoni MVP Drop · For physical hunters in the deep desert
Items

Sand Shoes Sand Shoes

Sandman Card Sandman Card

(slotted in Sand Shoes — 5% chance when struck by melee to auto-cast Sleep on the attacker)

Turban Turban

— ~5% drop from Phreeoni MVP · worn in upper headgear slot
Combo Effect
  • Physical attacks against Sleeping targets deal +50% more damage
  • Physical attacks against Sleeping targets always score a Critical Hit — bypasses Critical Rate calculation entirely
  • Movement Speed +15% on Sograt Desert maps

How it plays: Sandman Card procs Sleep on monsters that melee you — no setup required, just tank a hit. Bait. Sleep. Burst.

🔗 Combo II — Phreeoni's Mark

Powerful

Evasion-as-Offense · Stacking ATK · DEF Penetration — Requires Phreeoni Card
Items

Sand Armor Sand Armor

Phreeoni Card Phreeoni Card

(slotted in Sand Armor — Perfect Dodge +20)
Combo Effect
  • Perfect Dodge +5 additional
  • Each Perfect Dodge proc grants a Desert Mark stack lasting 8 seconds — ATK +5% per stack, maximum 5 stacks (+25% ATK)
  • At maximum stacks, physical attacks ignore 10% of the target's base DEF

How it plays: Phreeoni Card's Perfect Dodge is traditionally a purely defensive mechanic — attacks simply fail to connect.

Desert Fever MVP

Fever MVP Drop — Sand Armor / Shoes / Manteau with Special Options
  • Damage against Demon race +8% ~ +14%
  • Damage against Brute race +6% ~ +11%
  • Ranged damage received −6% ~ −10% additional
  • Chance (8%) when hit: gain +12 DEF for 5 seconds
  • Fire element resistance +6% ~ +10% additional

Glast Heim Fever Dungeons

🏚️

The ruins of Glast Heim have collapsed inward, trapping wandering Undead and Demon entities within sealed catacombs. The Fever variants are driven by cursed dark energy — applying Shadow element damage, Curse status chains, and massive SP drain. The Shadow Set is built for Undead and Demon hunting specialists — maximizing SP efficiency and Shadow element resilience.

Glast Heim Item Combos

🔗 Combo I — Spectral Mage

Mid-Tier

Damage Absorption → Self-Heal · Magic Amplification · Field Card + Dark Lord MVP Drop
Items

Shadow Armor Shadow Armor

Raydric Card Raydric Card

(slotted in Shadow Armor — Neutral property damage -20%)

Necklace of Oblivion Necklace of Oblivion

— ~5% drop from Dark Lord MVP · worn in accessory slot
Combo Effect
  • When Neutral-element damage is reduced by the armor, recover HP equal to 8% of the blocked amount
  • INT +5 and MATK +3%
  • Skill SP consumption reduced by an additional 5% (stacks with Necklace of Oblivion's base effect)

How it plays: Raydric Card is the cornerstone defensive card of Glast Heim — it reduces Neutral-element physical damage by 20%.

🔗 Combo II — Doppel Striker

Powerful

Auto-Cast Soul Strike · Ghost-Element Chains · Spectral Echo — Requires Doppelganger Card
Items

Shadow Manteau Shadow Manteau

Doppelganger Card Doppelganger Card

(slotted in Shadow Manteau — garment slot, not weapon; provides partial ASPD)
Combo Effect
  • 12% chance on each physical attack to auto-cast Soul Strike Level 5 — Ghost-property magic that strikes Undead and Ghost race monsters at full effectiveness
  • When an Undead or Ghost monster is killed, 8% chance to trigger Spectral Echo — a phantom strike hitting an adjacent monster for 100% weapon ATK (Ghost element)
  • ASPD +10% — garment slot yields a partial ASPD benefit; full Doppelganger ASPD bonus applies only when slotted in a weapon

How it plays: Doppelganger Card is universally slotted into weapons for maximum ASPD.

Magma Item Combos

Mid-Tier

SP Recovery on Kill · Zero-Pot Casting · Stacked Cast Delay — Field Card + Kiel-D-01 MVP Drop
Items

Magma Shoes Magma Shoes

Earth Deleter Card Earth Deleter Card

(slotted in Magma Shoes — 5% chance on Boss kill to fully restore SP)

Kiel's Combat Visor Kiel's Combat Visor

— ~5% drop from Kiel-D-01 MVP · worn in upper headgear slot
Combo Effect
  • Earth Deleter's SP restore now triggers on normal monster kills as well: 5% chance to recover 15% Max SP
  • After-cast delay -5% additional — stacks with Kiel's Combat Visor (-10%) for -15% total
  • When SP is recovered via Earth Deleter's proc, the next skill cast within 4 seconds costs 0 SP

How it plays: Earth Deleter Card is famous for fully restoring SP on Boss kills — a cornerstone card for MVP fights.

🔗 Combo II — Ignis Last Stand

Powerful

HP Threshold · Unbreakable Casting · Berserker Mode — Requires Kiel-D-01 Card
Items

Magma Armor Magma Armor

Kiel-D-01 Card Kiel-D-01 Card

(slotted in Magma Armor — after-cast delay -30%)
Combo Effect
  • When current HP falls below 50%, enter Ignis state: ASPD +8% and MATK +12%
  • While in Ignis state, skill casting cannot be interrupted by incoming damage
  • After-cast delay -5% additional from the combo (stacks with Kiel's base -30%: -35% total)

How it plays: Magma Dungeon's constant fire AoE chips HP down steadily — most builds try to avoid that damage.

Abyss Lake Underground Cave Level 4

🐉

The fourth level of the Abyss Lake Underground Cave is an ancient sealed cavern, home to massive Dragon-race creatures and skeletal constructs of enormous size. Boss-type monsters appear more frequently and hit far harder than surface variants. The Dragon & Bone Set rewards the bravest hunters with Dragon resistance, Boss damage mitigation, and critical power — and is the only set to ship with two distinct item combos.

Abyss Lake Item Combos

🔗 Combo I — Dragon's Blood

Mid-Tier

Kill-Stack Snowball · Dragon Slayer Momentum · Field Card + Drake MVP Drop
Items

Dragonbone Shoes Dragonbone Shoes

Purple Ferus Card Purple Ferus Card

(slotted in Dragonbone Shoes — Dragon race damage received -15%)

Corsair Corsair

— ~5% drop from Drake MVP · worn in upper headgear slot
Combo Effect
  • Each Dragon-race kill grants Dragon's Blood buff for 15 seconds: ATK +8% and Critical Rate +3 per stack
  • Stacks up to 3 times — maximum: ATK +24%, Critical Rate +9; consecutive Dragon kills refresh duration without resetting stacks
  • HIT +10 — Corsair's pirate marksmanship sharpens accuracy in the dark cavern

How it plays: Purple Ferus Card reduces incoming Dragon race damage by 15%, letting you absorb hits from the dense Abyss Lake population.

🔗 Combo II — Drake's Legacy

Powerful

DEF Penetration · Boss Breaker · Drake Card in Garment — Requires Drake Card + Nidhogg's Shadow Garb · Replaces Dragonbone Manteau
Items

Dragonbone Armor Dragonbone Armor

(Drake Card slotted in Nidhogg's Shadow Garb — worn in garment slot, replacing Dragonbone Manteau)

⚠ Wearing Nidhogg's Shadow Garb suspends the Dragon & Bone 3-piece set bonus. The combo effect is specifically designed to compensate and surpass it for Boss and Dragon hunting.

Combo Effect
  • Physical attacks against Boss-type and Large-size monsters ignore 30% of their base DEF
  • Dragon race damage received -10% additional
  • Max HP +10% — Nidhogg's Shadow Garb's vitality amplified through the Dragonbone Armor's bone-forged structure

How it plays: Drake Card's DEF-ignore is traditionally reserved for weapon slots. This combo unlocks it through the garment slot — a deliberate trade: you give up the Dragon & Bone 3-piece bonus but free your weapon for other cards, and gain 30% DEF penetration against all Boss-type and Large monsters.
