[[Sura]]s can also use cheap skills such as [[Windmill]] or [[Earth Shaker]] when surrounded by monsters to gain Spirit Spheres in this manner.
*Using this skill before activating [[Mental Strength]] may allow the user to maintain Spirit Spheres until after its duration finishes, making it possible to immediately cast it again.
