But despite it being what she describes as an ‘exhilarating' experience Emeli Sande has revealed she was racked with nerves. When asked whether anything would top the experience for her, she exclusively told MailOnline: ‘ I hope nothing will top it nerves wise, it was the most nerve wrecking experience but the exhilaration after the performance made it all worth it.' I'm not sure anything will top the enormity but I do hope there comes a point when I test myself to those lengths again.' She also told MailOnline how she likes to treat herself, sharing: ‘I usually indulge myself by buying musical instruments - ones that I sometimes don't continue playing, such as the cello - I wish I had improved my playing before buying a quality cello. ‘But there are others that I love and cherish.
