Tempest Mephis Location To get access to this boss, you'll need to meet two requirements : first, you'll need to have completed the main story mission Huanglong Chapter One: Ominous Star . You'll also need to have reached SOL3 Phase Two by reaching Union Level Ten , which unlocks various boss enemies like Tempest Mephis. Once you've met the requirements, head to Qichi Village and go down into the open cave in the middle of the area that you went into during the story mission. This Echo will scale according to your Data Bank level , but it will tend to be of a higher rarity , and there isn't a limit to how many of these Echoes you can obtain per day.
